Amy Wilken
Born and raised on a farm in Iowa, Amy is the oldest of 5 children. From as early as she can remember she was always singing and just had a passion for music. She received her B.A. in Commercial Music from Millkin University in Decatur, IL in 1997 and then moved to Nashville to follow her dream of working in the music industry. Her first industry job was a receptionist for a Christian Record Label.

She was quickly promoted to a Marketing position at Buddy Killen Enterprises, which included, PraiseHymn Soundtracks, Damascus Road Records and KMG Records. After 3 years in Nashville Amy and her husband moved to Dallas, TX. She worked briefly in the Advertising world before returning to music and working for Sony Music, which is now SonyBMG. She worked in the promotions department of Sony Music until March of 2003 when she had her first baby girl. At that time she decided she wanted to be a stay-at-home mom.

Little did she know that she could have the best of both worlds by working in Christian music and staying at home with her new baby. That’s when she met Eve Orsburn, VP of Sales & Marketing for JonesTM. TM was starting this new Christian Division and asked her to be a part of it. Amy jumped on board in August of 2003 as the Manager of PraiseDisc. Two years later Amy is still working from her home handling PraiseDisc and now has two daughters, ages 2 years and 6 months.
